Progression launches special for National Disability Rights Awareness Month
To kick off National Disability Rights Awareness Month, Progression will be offering a free Disability Awareness Day (valued at R30 000) to clients who sign off on learnership programmes for the January/ February 2017 period.
We have the following learnership groups starting in 2017:
HR Management NQF 4
This learmership has been introduced to address the need for qualified HR Practioners and is SABPP-accredited. The programme aims to prepare learners in supporting the Human Resources function within a business and to fulfil a strong support role towards their company’s Human Resource Manager

National Diploma: Occupational Health & Safety NQF 5
There is a critical need in the industry for a practical qualification in occupational safety, to allow qualified learners to manage and apply safety principles within all business industries. This qualification is designed for safety, health and environmental (SHE) practitioners, middle management and persons managing occupational safety.

IT Technical Support NQF 4
The purpose of this qualification is to build a foundational entry into the field of Computer Sciences and Information Technology, specifically into the field of Systems Support, covering basic knowledge needed for further study in the field of Systems Support at Higher Education Levels. Acquiring the qualification through learnerships has the potential of addressing the problem of new entrants into the industry requiring practical experience.

All the above programmes are accredited which will allow organisations to score under Category B or C of the Learning Programme Matrix.

- Companies need to sign on for a minimum of 4 learners in order to qualify for the free Disability Awareness Day
- Progression reserves the right to change the type of course based on minimum numbers for groups
- Qualifications are available for new or current employees
- Sign off and 50% payment due upfront by 15 December 2016
- Offer is valid until 15 December 2016
